Köz Terrace was born inside a historic building in Karaköy, one of Istanbul’s most established neighbourhoods. “Köz” (embers) is more than a cooking method for us — it is a symbol of patience, craft and sharing.
At our place on Necatibey Street, we prepare every plate the traditional way: from hand-chopped Adana kebab to charcoal-grilled lamb chops, from homemade mezes to smoked eggplant.
